Telesales Executive
 

Salary dependant on experience. Basic salary is £18 - 20,000 dependant on experience and commission is uncapped and with hard work the package is designed to produce an income well above £50,000.

Due to expansion a telesales role has opened up within a fast growing and expanding company selling Custom and Portable Exhibition stands operating in the UK, Europe and occasionally worldwide.

Plus Group has been running for nearly 40 years and we have two main areas to our business.
Plus Exhibition (www.plus-exhiitionstands.com) - Selling custom designed modular exhibition stands with professional install and dismantle services worldwide.

Plus display (www.rollerbannerstands.com)
Selling small and portable self build display solutions worldwide.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Following up brochures sent out to people attending exhibitions so no real cold calling involved, you will always be following up warm leads.
  • Hitting daily call targets
  • Developing rapport and relationships on the phone and sometimes face to face with potential and current clients . Finding out about their exhibition needs and taking design briefs for our 3D design team to turn into visuals.
  • Liaising with the clients throughout the entire quoting process and dealing with amendments to stand designs and layouts.
  • Ensuring the quote is signed on placement of an order and handed over to our project management team who will then liaise with the client on your behalf to bring the project to life. No administration is required when a quote becomes an order, your role is pure sales.

The successful candidate will ideally have the following attributes,

  • Have a proven track record in sales environments
  • Have telesales experience
  • Have excellent communication skills and time management skills and the ability to work under pressure
  • Have the ability to manage own time effectively to meet set targets
  • Be IT literate.
  • Have an eye for design
  • have an open mind to training
